I am so excited to announce that I have launched my online yoga class library! These classes are meant to feel like a private with me at a fraction of the cost. Whether you are a beginner that doesn't know where to start, an active yogi who would like to have access to my classes wherever you are, or a private student who would like to gain deeper insight, I got you! I know that time, finances, resources, injuries, lack of attention in large group classes and many other factors can play a huge role in accessibility. Therefore, I created my online subscription library as a way to bring yoga to you at a low monthly rate. I will be adding guided meditations, workshops, and many other classes as we go along together!
Here, I address common misconceptions, questions, and troubleshooting in the practice. Classes range from beginner to advanced and last from 5 minutes to an hour. I will break down challenging yoga poses, offer restorative classes, chair yoga, morning and evening classes, guided meditation, educational workshops, trigger point therapy classes, and teach valuable tools that you can use in the yoga practice to become more resilient in times of stress whether that be on or off your yoga mat.
